Our Program

The 14-Day Employment Readiness Program

Confirmation Nation is preparing to launch its first employment readiness pilot in the San Francisco Bay Area — a 14-day program that teaches young adults what employers actually expect: ownership, discipline, communication, work ethic, and follow-through.

Purpose

Too many young adults enter the workforce without ever being taught how work works — showing up on time, taking correction, communicating clearly, and finishing what they start. This program fills that gap with two weeks of structured, accountable preparation.

Who It's For

Young adults, approximately 18 to 25, in the San Francisco Bay Area — especially foster youth aging out of care and young adults from group homes, juvenile programs, and underserved communities. Our first pilot crew is being prepared for 5 participants. Location and dates will be announced when confirmed.

What the 14 Days Cover

  • Days 1–6 · Foundations: Orientation, Ownership, Time Discipline, Communication, Work Ethic, Consistency
  • Day 7 · Midpoint Evaluation
  • Days 8–14 · Readiness: Environment, Financial Basics, Job Readiness, Interview Preparation, Trade Exposure, Commitment, Assessment & Next Steps

Each session runs about 105 minutes: check-in, instruction, guided reflection, written exercises, application tasks, and end-of-day accountability.

Accountability Standards

Participants are scored on attendance, punctuality, effort, attitude, and completion — the same standards employers use. Completion requires attending at least 12 of 14 sessions, finishing all assignments (or approved makeup work), meeting the program standards, and completing the final evaluation.

The Certificate — Stated Plainly

Participants who complete the program receive a Confirmation Nation Certificate of Completion. Completion does not guarantee employment or job placement. It certifies readiness work completed — the hiring decision always belongs to the employer.

Pilot Status

This program is developed but has not launched. We are preparing our first pilot now: confirming a teaching location, finalizing staffing, and building our referral process. If you know a young adult who could benefit, or you can help us launch — get in touch.
